Remote-first
We work remote-first and around once a quarter we meet together for off-site company events. While most of us are based in Germany, we try to make it possible for everyone to live and work from all around Europe.

We believe that a balance between work and private life is fundamental for your well-being. However, we know that overtime hours can happen occasionally, but it is more than important to us to compensate 100% of these directly in free-time. Additionally, we offer flexible working hours and 30+2 vacation days.
